Many of the most spectacular UFO sightings in China were captured on video or still photos.

When Chinese see UFOs hovering over Shanghai's Pudong District or over the Baiyun Mountains, they seem to be more likely than Americans to grab their video cameras and capture the scene.  The result is that China seems to have more sensationally documented UFO sightings than does the US during the first nine months of 2025.

Some of the more spectacular UFOs is one shaped like a Merkabah (diamond) with geometric light patterns that caught the eyes of a video-camera wielding witness in Liaoning Province by hovering and maneuvering silently.
