Hyatt to Operate 5 New Hotels in India

Hyatt Hotels Corp. and DB Hospitality Pvt. Ltd., which is part of DB Group, said Friday that Hyatt will operate five new hotel properties in India.
The properties are scheduled to open between 2010 and 2014, and include: Park Hyatt Mumbai, Grand Hyatt Goa, Grand Hyatt Pune, Hyatt Place Pune and Hyatt Place Mundra.
DB Hospitality will develop and own the properties, which will be in major business centers.
Hyatt Hotels is based in Chicago.
Shares of Hyatt declined 21 cents to $29.81.
