I like all kinds of brands in makeup, but for mascara I usually go for the cheaper stuff since it needs to be replaced so often. Cover girl used to make a product called "extension" which was hypo-allergenic, waterproof and I found it was really (smooth, clump free, lengthening, not too unnatural looking, and easy on the actual eyelashes -didn't cause fallout and was easy to remove). On their website, covergirl says the new replacement product is "professional" waterproof. It's not very good. I also tried cg thick lash -also v not good. also tried maybelline great lash -I didn't like it. I've also tried Oil of Olay mascara (I always use waterproof) which I like at first but it's kind of drying and seems to have thinned out my eyelashes.
Marcelle makes some good waterproof mascara but it's really drying and hard to remove. L'oreal voluminous is ok, but kind of clumpy-but it's nice and rich. Any other suggestions? I'm going to work my way through all the products at this rate, but maybe that's the only way to find one that works for you.

i have a lot of fun with makeup. i don't wear it everyday (who has time for that?) i use a sheer oil-free foundation (max factor's high definition) i love Loreal's SuperLiner in black & brown.. i just dot it along my lashline and smudge, i love Avon's "lightness" luminous face & body powder.. it's so shimmery & cute, and Bonne Bell's Lip Lites in Mocha Mousse was just sublime... that is.. until i found out they don't make it anymore!! :-( anyway, moving onto lipstick.. i just adore Loreal Color Riche in Sea Fleur and Mulberry it has a really creamy texture and doesn't dry out.

Once a dabbler in modelling myself, I find that simple is better for asian eyes like mine-- a clean line of eyeliner tapered outwards, with mascara. Honsetly, none of that heavy dark eyeshadow on the lid. It's OK for clubbing, but not good for daily life or photos.

I change my eyeshadow all the time because I get bored w/ the same look! hehehe..... I am into a lot of bronzy, silvery, gold colors! I put black eyeliner by Maybelline in Onyx on, then mascara Maybelline, cover girl lorelle. (depends on which one I <3 more. Then my eyeshadow. I have the almond shape but not too bad. I have a very nice eye lid (my eyes are def asian but they have double lids or whatever they are called.) Gurlys at my school tell me I look like a pale African American girl cuz my eyes r not Asian looking enough. They are jk of course! I put eyeliner on the bottom of mine & my eyes do not look smaller!!! When I go for a shoot @ my Modeling Agency, they always leave my eyes the way I have done the make-up. I hope my little comment helped some of ya:)

I've used all the mascara you can think of the best for me is Cover Girl Triple Mascara or Great Lash (pink bottle) Since we have light skin i like to use Bonnebell bronzer. I have uneven tone skin so every morning i use Oil of Olay Refreshing Astringent Toner or Clinque Clarifying Lotion.I have eye lids so i use dark brown LIQUID eyeliner on eye lids and under eye lids then put eye shawdow on. My lips are natural red maybe to red so i like the Maybelline Hi-Shine Lip polish in a beige color.Hehe Try it!

For the longest time I thought that wearing eyeliner under my eyes would enhance my almond shaped eyes... however, they were only making them look more enclosed. So now I only wear a streak of eyeliner on my upperlid.

okay, this is what i do...
my eyes are superasian, so i don't have the crease at all. i line my upper lid and extend it a little past the outside corners of my eyes. i like to use a waterproof pencil like maybelline expert eyes. my liner tends to smudge cause my eyelids must be greasy or something. so i brush translucent powder across the line to "set" the eyeliner. then i use a small lip brush to apply dark brown/black eyeshadow thinly to my lash line. this helps to emphasize the liner because you can't really see it wheni open my eyes anyways. then i line underneath my eyes with the same eyeliner pencil, add a couple coats of mascara, then curl. i think it helps if you have well groomed eyebrows too cause it helps to draw attention to your eyes.

I find that dark gray, black, and brown eyeliner from "Clinque" works best for me. I like to do my eyes different all the time. For night time..I use black eyeliner, and different shades of blue eye shadow. Blending is the key! and a good set of makeup brushes. I got my from "target". I gently line my eyes with the eye liner and extend the outer line on my top lid a little bit. Don't forget to do the inner part. It makes a difference! I have double lids..and big asian eyes..so this emphazizes it greatly. I blend the different shades of eyeshadow together and I go over my eyeliner on the bottom line with it too. I curl my eyelashes and I prefer.."mabeline soft lash in black" its perfect. For day time..I use charcoal gray eyeliner, or brown for the summer time. I do the same..except with bronze and brown eyeshadow, extending above the lid, and a little bit darker on the outer corners. Don't forget to use a ligher shade of shadow that compliments the shadow you are using for your brow bone. right underneath you eyebrows. And make sure you are applying your eyeliner right. don't cake it on. Less is better!!! I use mascara sometimes..if I have time, and becz I have fair skin..I use blush, or if I'm tanned in the winter I use bronzer. I use a little face powder, and I love "Clinique" lip glosses. I use "juicy apple and kissy fit". It*s so great. Use this advice..cz everyone always compliments my makeup..and especially my eyes. They always ask me if I*m mixed becz of my big eyes. When in reality..they are not as noticeable with out a little help from makeup! Goodluck!
