WHAT YOU SAY

I am asian, and I love blue eyeshadow. I think it looks nice, but it should be sheer, not opaque.

Well it really depends on how your eyes are shaped. As for me my eyes are almond shaped and kind or chinky somewhat... So I can practically do anything with them.
For small/chinky eyes try to lay low with eyeliner or at least applying it on too thick it doesnt look right if anything you would want to make your eye wider, try curling your eye lashes. To keep eye lash curled the whole day blow dry curler then curl eyelashes it works. For those that apply too much eye make up try not to wear anthing on your lips keep it natural, c'mon its eithier one thing or the other.

I don't care what the packaging says on the revlon wet/dry eyeshadows - they do not become opaque when wet. I was looking for a (cheapo)replacement for my taupe liquid liner and it appears that no one is making it with a brush applicator in taupe, so I thought I would try the taupe wet/dry eyeshadow --rip off! it doesn't get opaque, it's almost the same wet as dry!

Yay!! east coast in da house! Summer is almost here, I like to update my makeup for a warmer look:
nice brown/bronzy shadow for summer: it comes with a lighter peachy shade for highlight-- 06 Beach Bronze duo from Clinique
peachy blush like Nars Orgasm goes really well with this eyeshadow, and try some dark brown eyeliner and some black mascara.

OH MY GOD .. i saw some asian girl with no creases and she put soooo much blue eyeshadow...it was horrible. everybody was probably looking at her bc it looks insane. anyways blue and greens do go well on asians...you just gotta pick the right tones and the right amount. i actually wear blue eyeshadow (with eyeliner too)

clueless-
the way they do permanent eyeliner is to tattoo it onto your eyelids and along your lower lash line. my mom had it done and said it hurts a lot. i wouldn't recommend doing it if you're younger cause you might change your mind. also, after time, the black color tends to fade into a bluish color like with any tattoo. hope that helps.
