Big little man:
Read your post. Interesting, your historical analysis. Still if you try using that to justify pride in some kinda belief in "Asian Shortness" it is laughable today. Yeah those guys did kick ass and maybe they were short. But I always pictures those Huns and Mongolians to be big people. By the way, you make it sound like Asian men are all short. Wrongo. It must be the diet cuz all the young-uns these days are hitting 5'10" average and many 6 footers. Height can be leveraged in life just like good looks can be. Then again, if you are short but hella confident and a capable man you can beat the rest especially in competitions in which you excel. Don't use history to make it seem like shortness equates greatness. That's not convincing since we live in the 21st Century. And using a statement like 'striking fear into the tallest biggest white boy' creates a rediculous image of this shortass asian fella challeging a giant. I'm of Avg height 5'8" exactly and am cool with it, but not my cousins and some huge ass Koreans and Chinese I know and seen who are as big as those 'white' boys you mention. Who cares about Attila banging up those german bitches. He got those women by his force alone - kinda like rape. Asian men dating fine white women? Saw it on campus frequently lately in San Fran. Those fellas were ranging from avg height to tall and clearly had game. As you already know, Asian people like all people have the whole spectrum of height.

Asian Dominatrix,
Double eyelids, to the extent that it makes one's eyes appear bigger, is probably something that would have always been valued, particularly in women.
Why?
Big eyes in women alludes to a child-like innocence and naivete -- a valued feminine trait. Babies/children tend to have larger eyes proportionally to their faces, and hence the association of innocence/child-like qualities with large eyes.

tall chinese girl,
So are you saying that you wish you were shorter?
Have you ever considered being a model?
Being tall and thin can make a girl appear very striking indeed -- statuesque..

be,
Personally, I'd be very wary about feeding infants (babies) cow milk.
I'd rather give my baby soy than cow milk. In fact, dairy should probably be avoided.
The best milk of all, of course, is mothers' milk.
I'd also be HIGHLY skeptical about any claims of adverse effects of soy. Asians have been eating soy for thousands of years. I wouldn't let some scientist (who are always contradicting themselves about the health risk or health benefits of this or that food) tell me that a 100% natural vegetable/grain/legume is bad for one's health or that it poses some sort of risk.
Next thing you know, they'll say that rice poses some sort of health risk..

Is 5'4 considered "short"?

B. Lee,
I think I saw something about that in an HBO documentary. And I think Murphy Brown had a episode where the character Miles Silvers joined that group.

The government is heavily influenced by various produce lobbyist. Remember back in the 80's the Surgeon General stated eggs were bad. Doctors told people eggs were bad routinely. Then in the mid 90's eggs were good in the medical community. The Egg lobbyist won.

be,
what the heck is your problem? you first set out to bash us AM in the divide board, but after a series of pointless arguments, everybody agreed it was a waste of time. now you want to bash about soy-products. just owe it up to the fact that you have an identity issue about being asian and won't have anything to do with asians.
good to know that there're sheeps in this world who are so readily brainwashed by pop culture and mass media. soy is way more beneficial than any animal product. the chinese ate it and drank for millenia and seem to do fine. now with cattle, you got growth hormones, steroids, antibiotics that gives you so many ailments. if you buy into what the milk/cattle industry that's great for you. for the rest of us, 5000 years of history don't mean nothing and there's a good reason why peole lived for so long on the soy diet.
just drop it, it's also waste of time to argue this since you can eat whatever you want and i can eat whatever i want.
