Hey, I agree with your comments on beauty. There are women who have all the "ideal" features and yet seem to have something missing that makes them less than stunning. Then there are women like Sophia Loren or Angelina Jolie who do not have perfect features, but have something which makes them truly stunning and stand out in a crowd of cookie-cutter blondes.

Are you sure the ancient Chinese admired large eyes? I once read an AA history book which stated that the ancient Chinese preferred smaller eyes because they were more delicate and ladylike; big eyes were vulgar. Along with relatively light hair (brown as opposed to raven black) and large breasts. (All of which would probably have made me very unattractive by ancient Chinese standards!)

Being tall is admired (if not taken more seriously) because it seems to show a potential that is greater than that of a shorter person's. Potential as a tall person has the ability to be physically stronger than a shorter person would, seeings how he or she has more room for muscles to be developed. In the case of Shaquille O'neal and a shorter man of proportionately equal build, O'neal comes across as a much more intimidating character. Why wouldn't you want to listen to a short person? Well, quite simply because of the association that exists with height and strength, why would you follow a person who was inherently "weaker" than you? It's far easier to brush them aside and let someone who had a keen insight that you lacked, albeit height or intelligence, to lead you on the enlightened path.

Hey y'all. I don't give a damn about y'all complaining about your heights and stuff. I am 4 foot 11 and a half, 110 pounds. I am short and fat. A short and fat chinese filipino girl. I feel so oogly and oonattractive. All the guys I see, even the shorter asian guys, date girls who are over 5 ft (usually at least 5'1 or 5'2). I also wear glasses: my right eye is -4.25 and my left eye is -4.75.

I'm also not that smart.

Don't have many friends.

So there y'all go.

Stop complaining when you realize what you have in comparison to me.

Don't forget full lips, long neck, straight hair, high arched eyebrows, and I'll even throw in a widow's peak and tall pointed nose just for laughs. These are all "caucasian traits" since none of the other races have any proof of ownership to any of these darling characteristics.
