A custom home for $250,000- 300,000? God damn, that's cheap. I am a new homes real estate agent up here in the Bay, and to get something that cheap, you would have to go way, way out into the boonies, and that would be some cookie cutter house too. As I speak, I'm stuck in this new home community out in dueling banjoes territory. This area is about two hours to San Francisco and an hour and fifteen to Oakland, and it's hot as a mother. I guess it would be equivalent to Ontario or Riverside down south. The cheap houses here still range from 300 to 400 g's though, and you will be the laughingstock of the Bay if people find out you live out here. It just shows you can't afford to live in the good places.

It's funny though because people who live out here say the commute to work is worth it because they make good money. Make good money?! If that were the case, why couldn't they find a home in a more desirable area? Anyways, on that note, I''m almost off. Yabba dabba doo! Get the hell out of this god foresaken place.

I have recently checked out the cities of Walnut and Glendora, and have agreed to move to Glendora from Alhambra. Walnut was nice but we did not like the homes built so the same. We chose Glendora because of the excellent school district and because the homes were custom and were in our price range off $250,000- 300,000. I think Glendora is a great place to look at if you are considering moving, the neighborhood is friendly and the city is growing in asian presence. The city is developing new restaurants much like the ones we eat at in Arcadia. All in all, Glendora and walnut are good choices.

The only reason I didn't go to one of East Coast schools is because of the horrendous winters. I mean, they have the type of winters that could have stopped Napolean and Hitler. Since I knew it was no place for the weak, I chose LA and overall I'm very pleased with my decision. Besides, its a well-known "fact" that UCLA has all the prettiest people...ahhahaha. To sum it up..You either got it or you don't. LA has lots of pretty women with natural features (No bolt-on tits) and good healthy bodies. I don't know if it has to do with the water or what. Then there are the other fake people that try to look better with surgical needs. In the long run these people suffer from all kinds of complications and I am not just talking about breast surgery. I am talking about facial reconstruction, liposuction, etc..

JSB is still around. They are all underground. It was mostly the mah jai selling fireworks who got arrested. Remember that Viet dude who got blasted the same day the district attorney got shot. Those were definitely related. The Viet dude was the leader of a Viet gang in TLC, and he didn't want to join the Tien Ha Wui, the national umbrella organization that was to link all Chinese/Viet gangs together. Bang! That was the end of him. The tried to off the DA too, because he had something against them.

Hello, I live in NYC. I heard that the Asian crowd in California is alot better looking than the ones in NYC. Is that true? Actually , what I heard is that in California you are either really goodlooking or really ugly. Well, as in NYC most people are just ok looking. Just want to know.
