Shame on you and your knee jerk "you must be racist because you're criticizing black media figures".
Im white and I saw bit and pieces of Rush Hour 2 and for Chris Tucker or any black person for that matter to have the nerve to say about the chinese even as a joke "Y'all look alike" is amazing. I remember it wasn't too long ago whites were saying the very same thing about blacks.

I guess its ok for one minority to knock on another minority to make themselves feel better.

By the way, Rush Hour 2 was full of stereotypes of Asian people : the evil dragon lady, the china doll, small penises, the bumbling sidekick, the foriegner hungry Chinese women, the evil triad leader.

I haven't seen the Kings of Comedy so i dont know what 1 asian if referring to, but I can imagine it was negative comments toward Asians and if this is the case shame on those comedians.

And contrary to the train of though that "minorities can't be racist" this proves that they can be.

I remember reading in history about each wave of immigrants that came over like the Germans would mistreat the next wave like say the Polish, for instance just to make themselves feel higher.

Well, i dont care who says racist things they are racist whether they be white, black, asian, hispanic etc. THEY ARE STILL RACIST THINGS.

Sorry Alexandria81 your pointless accusations only go to show that not only do not have an arguement with what Asian 1 said and that your statment is based is emotions and not logical fact.

I personaly have seen some really great movies with asians in them. am very happy when they have the lead roles.and even though i am really into Jackie Chan and Jet Li, i also have a long list of other asians that act just as well with out all the fighting scenes. and if you ask me i think we should see much more love scenes(is it getting hot in here or is it just me?)lol.

do u even know what you're talking about? how do u expect us not to be mad? if it was one joke about us and a couple here and there, sure i wouldnt't think it was a big deal. kings of comedy had a whole thing on making fun of asian. how would u feel if i went up there and mad fun of blacks saying u guys all drive a Neon/Geo with your "bling blingin" chrome hub-caps and all u look and sound like monkeys? so now tell me, how do u feel?

Ya wann know something funny? Sammi Cheng wore the fat suit in "Love On A Diet" & she still looked cute! It wasn't the "makes a man's head turn" cute, but that "cousin with the pretty face" cute. Proving that fat actually can be pretty! Who knew!?!
