Do any of the black women here have any pride? There's someone here named BlackSambo and nobody is taking offense. That name is very insulting and very ignorant of the person using it. But, since it's a black person doing it, it must be OK. But, I bet if an Asian guy were to come here and call himself YellowGook, the black women in here would cuss him out. Black women in here are always standing up for anything Asian but let anything black related and negative slide.

RacerX there is no such thing as mysterious Goth girls. Goth black dresses Goth to hide how plain and ordinary they are. Most are ugly as hell once the black clothes and Goth make up comes off. I once dated a girl like that and when she took off her make up she looked like she was attacked by an ugly stick and her loose black clothing concealed her rolls of body fat. Let's leave the Goth girls to Jin I since he only dates those types. I date only fione sisters.

I see so many young attractive African-American ladies I have the eyes for. But, I know that they are true to their race and stand up for their men.

Unfortunately, a lot African-American brothers do not reciprocate this love for the black woman. It is the black woman who kept together many black families, but black men only want to flock to other races women.

I really think African-American women should now step out of the box of ethnic and racial pride and see and find out how much they are loved by other races men too.

Im a black female whos been dating an asian male for about 6 months. Only recently have I been afraid of his parents reaction to us, but it is really scary. Hes Korean ( yay korea) and amazingly funny smart and just cool to be around. We are compliments of each other, and its just strange because i never considered the Asian-thing before. Any advice?

Although India.Arie doesn't play the glamour queen game, no one NO ONE can say that she's ugly. She's quite beautiful (this I have heard from WMs & AMs) & has a body to DIE for. Hey she's the reason I put my Suzy Q's back on the shelf 8-). No seriously, the media can't stand for anyone to be different & proud of it. This Barbie mentality needs to die. Yes there are Black Barbies & it makes me wanna hurl. One dude said he saw a Goth BF with dreads? I've seen chicas like that & I love it. It's almost exotic to me. The NAACP awards were not any different. Instead of fighting for more roles for rich people such as Halle Berry and Tyra Banks, NAACP should be trying to tear down the system of electing judges here in Texas...a system in which the whites monopolize the texas supreme court, and end up putting more blacks in the death chamber. Through the system of electing judges in Texas, Jim Crowe is alive and well.
