looking at some posts regarding europeans... I've dated an Italian girl and also a few Russians girls... The funny thing is that they don't consider themselves white! Italians consider themself Italian and Russian consider themself Russian, not even european... they just think they are too far east to be considered europe??? My 2 cents.

on a separate note...

I believe there're only very few WF (American) who are against dating an AM. It's usually us who are the ones who don't approach them and not talk to them. I found many WF to be friendly and very approachable... we just need to take the initiative. (if she smiles at you, go say hi to her!!) Just like with all women, men usually have to be the one to initiate contact. Girls usually have some rule in their mind saying they'll never ask a guy out.... so knowing this rule, we must act, be bold, forward, and confident in pursuing who we like, no matter what race they are from. From my experience, I really think very few girls (WF) are racist, they tell me they usually never thought about dating an asian specifically, but doesn't mean they never date one, just that no one had ever approached her and showed interest before. However with all things said, people still go for looks and personality, and if she's attracted to you, it doesn't matter what race you are, she'll usually be receptive.

You do make a good point. I think ANYONE who dates another race is probably a bit of a rebel inside, but white women who love asian men tend to be more open minded and adventurous in general in life (if i do say so myself!) :-)

One note on Pamela Lee Andersen: my Canadian exgirlfriend's brother used to date her in high school and she was a flat-chested Plain Jane then (I saw her high school pix and would NEVER have recognized her). Goes to show you the power of Hollywood illusion (and $$$ of plastic surgery!)

If you read my posts more carefully, you'd have seen that I didn't profess an attraction to her, only an admiration of her obvious good looks (yes, she seems to look good without makeup). What man doesn't like a physically attractive woman? But for me, kindness and good manners rank a lot higher than Baywatch looks; when you look at women in a more serious light, those are the qualities that'll fascinate for a lifetime.....

Your post is very interesting and educational. However, one thing I'd like to bring to your attention is the fact that not all Yugoslavs are blonde -as with Italians - some are blonde, some are dark. My family is of Yugoslav descent and I've had heavy duty exposure to this culture and its people.

I think that the majority of Europeans have a great appreciation for not only their own culture, but that of other nationalities.

Well, I've finally met a lady who was open-minded. And of course she's not even from CT. She's from out of state, a traveling nurse. Very interesting and incredible lady. She's from the midwest and says she knows a lot of ladies like her. She's been divorced for about three years so it's been a while for her to get back into the dating scene.
As much as I hate to agree to the age thing I do.

Oh mannnnnnn....I'm sooooo sick of all this history lesson. Some of you dorks need to get a life instead of pondering who has Asian blood thousands of years back. If you go back far enough ,its obvious we as humans are all related, came from the same damn species.
Too many generalizations here, I have a friend who is Greek and she has an Asian boyfriend. So who said Greeks don't like Asians? Even if it was true that all Greek women wouldn't want to date Asian men, so what? Its all depends on indidvidual taste.
