I had no idea that so many Asian guys grooved on Latinas. And here I thought I was the only one. Just for the record, I lived in Latin America for over four years so naturally I ended up with Latina girlfriends. Now, I don't know much about Latinas that were born and raised in the good ol' US of A, but I just wanted to throw my two cents in regarding the Latinas living abroad. Don't make the mistake of lumping all the different cultures into the same pot. Just as Filipinas have different cultural attitudes, than say Japanese or Chinese women (although I can't claim to know this first hand since I haven't had the pleasure of dating any of the aforementioned nationalities), the same holds true for Puerto Ricans as opposed to Panamanian or Colombian women. And, as any seasoned dater out there knows, it's important to have a feel for those differences before embarking on any quest. Now, be advised that you're going to run across the same stereotypes/prejudices about Asian men in the Latin world that you do in the Gringo world. How you deal with that is your call. But here's some great news for those of you men with a thing for Latinas... Unlike some White, and even more so, Black, parents out there, Latin parents are pretty accepting of their daughters dating Asian men so long as you treat 'em right. One other thing, you may have an advantage over some of the Latino competition that you encounter along the way. I've noticed that in a lot of Latin countries, the idea of a man cheating on his woman is, for all intents and purposes, considered acceptable behavior. Consequently, a man that's faithful to his woman is considered that much more valuable. S**t, I know some Latinas that refuse to date Latinos because of this. Well, I guess that's about all I have to say on the matter. Hasta luego.

We are all latinos regardless of how certain people on this board try to separate & divide us up into different groups or sections.
"White Latinos have a lot in common with Asians like: family, work ethic.." this is the most racist bullshit I have ever heard. These things that you have mentioned depends on the individual, not on an entire race or nationality. My boyfriend is a Black latino from El Salvador & he works just as hard,if not harder than others.

For your info I am not a black mexican. I am a mixed Chinese/White Mexican & no, you can not always look at a person & know if they mixed with Black or mixed with Indian, just look at Heather Locklear. I rest my case. Goodbye!

Uhm, why does it look like that there are black people comming in here and starting commentaries on race. Isn't there another section on this site for that kind of information. From my experience Hispanics are not that hung up on race anyways so it really doesn't matter whether some of them are black or whatever. All that should matter here is if the women look good or not and I happen to think many of them look pretty hot.

This is an interesting board. I didn't realize that there was an Asian male population that is lastinaphile. I am well aware of many many men, whatever may be their race, who are asianphiles or have the Asian fetish. In any case, it is very flattering to see that we Latina are admired by asian men. Actually, I have always found Asian men attractive because of their physical attractiveness. I cannot say anything more since I never had the chance to pursue a relationship with one, although I did date a philippino once but he was not my type because he wasn't educated enough. The most important thing to me, beyond race and physical appearance is a man's intellect and of course his sense of humor.
I am curious about several things: Asian women, among other things, are revered by western cultures for being very knowledeable in the art of sex and very devoted to their men; wouldn't an Asian men be looking for those qualities in his women and therefore perfer to be with Asian women? Or is it a myth of Asian women by western culture? Or is it not a myth but asian males like yourselves are looking for a different flavor. Enlighten me, please.

Thank you! To my recollection Latin America received 90 or 95% of the slave trade, yet TOO MANY Latins CLAIM to have little or no Black blood. Give me a freakin break. America got about 5% of the slave trade and an estimated 20% of White Americans have Black blood. So how is it POSSIBLE that so many more Africans went to Latin countries, yet no one is part Black, but everyone is part White?
Stop fakin the funk okay, I know the difference visually between someone mixed with Black and someone mixed with Indian okay, so STOP blaming your dark skin and West African features on the native Indians. And STOP pretending that small percentage of Whites managed to get into everyones blood line!

Vietnamese men are sweet too, drunkin
-Masta?=) They seem to be the most friendly and accepting of all Asians to other cultures. There is a large number of Vietnamese+Latin intermarriages in Los Angeles. They treat Latinos very well and are our good friends and neighbors.

European\Native American Mixed Latinos (white Latinos) consist of the following:
Cubans
Mexicans
Central Americans
Some South Americans
Black Latinos consist of the following:
Puerto Ricans
Dominicans
Some Brazilians
White Latinos have a lot in common with Asians like: family, work ethic, identity problems in the U.S.,problems with mainstream media, etc. Also I have noticed that we are always stuck somewhere in the middle regarding Black/White issues and disagreements.

I think in terms of skin tone/facial features Latinas are closest to being like Asian females and the fact that Native-American features are feintly East Asiatic, makes the Latina women very desirable at least for us Asian males. I have seen some old Pueblo and Navajo males who look just like older Japanese or Korean males (with a heavy tan).

I don't need a guy who is a playa or who constantly get agitated so easily that he pulls out a gun or his fists on the streets. I want a guy who loves me and only me 100%. I wouldn't be any bit surprised of your story. I have witnessed one at our Chinatown boss's sweatshop. His son had his eyes on one of the more beautiful young Latinas seamstresses there. They eventually gone out together and she no longer works there but goes to J.C. (junior college) and plays the boss's son like he had all the money in the world or something? I think relationships between minority groups are not balanced in this nation (esp. southern Cali.). Almost all the dishwashers at Chinese restaurants are Latino men. And, like you mentioned in your story, most tenants are Latino while many home or apartment owners are Chinese or Asian. There is certain to be abuse of power in this type of relationship. Money rules, it is a reality.

Thank you all for the suggestions. That ho and her hubby is Mexican as I found out. My folks found out and I am out of their business (at least for now). The poor lady and her husband got evicted and my mom said she wouldn't give a damn if they took me to court. Oh well.........I have my eye out for other tenants, but I don't think they are as vulnerable. Should I try again under some premise? Man, it is addicting. Guys, if you want to do business, why not think about real estate instead? It is a lot of fun, believe me! You get to pick and choose who moves into your apartment(s). And, always be around if your tenants need you. I learned my lesson, but somehow cannot. You get what I mean...

Hey, Mr. Fang. I was going to say that you should have a threesome and then all go check into a mental hospital. However, it looks as if though you are full of it –although the story was hella’ funny. If it had been real I would have said that you two are meant for each other because you sound like a couple of lowlifes who should be on Jerry Springer. Maybe not the guy because he sounded like a poor bastard who did not know what the hell was going on.
Most Mexican guys I know would not tell their spouse to cheat with the landlord in order to avoid paying rent – that’s too enterprising. They might just pack up and leave without saying good-bye and paying the rent –I’m kidding, or maybe not, hehe. Good fiction, but you need to fine-tune your story.
