I dont think that now days there is such a thing call a "pure indian", even very looking indians have some european blood in them. A real indian is very dark and totally hairless, they didnt have any hair at all in the body, that would explain a old spanish saying that says: "un hombre de verdad con pelo en pecho" = "A real man with hair in the chest", this saying reflect the old racist thinking in the past that the indian were less than a real man. Well i would say that even a very looking indian have some hair wouldnt u?
By the way i think latinos dont care that much for race nowdays, the true is that we would never turn our back to a family of ours who would marry a nonlatin person, the worst would be if they married a very black person, but after sometime they would accept them, because family is family u just dont do that.

Yes we DO star a lot, even the males (me), is like playing like feeling the chances or the posibility of doing something. Girls sometimes do that as a way of playing, maybe they are interest in u maybe just f***ing with u,is up to u to convert that interest in a GREAT POSIBILITY, if u do the right thing (that to women to women the right thing is always different), u could get to know how great latin girls are, they very "cariņosas" y great! i just LOVE THEM!! Latin males "piropean=say things to girls on the street" a lot too.
Well anglo women are a litle bit like this too, when i was in Miami with a buch of friends, we do got stared a lot by this group of anglo girls, it was great, we take them to the house of a friend of mine were i just made out (kiss and stuff) with this girl, but she didnt wanna to do more :-(, she was so fine, well she is my friend now, well by internet, maybe next time in Miami she is willing to do more (this was a great vacation with 2 friends in Miami for 20 days).

Well this has some true, IN THE PAST WAS THIS WAY, the thing is this: imagine a a society where the more white u were the more rights u had, then everybody would like to be white right? . Besides MOST LATINOMERICANS HAVE EUROPEAN/INDIAN BLOOD, so imagine the children of parents white/indian, they of course always identify themselves with the white part WAY MORE than the indian part, and the majority would deny the indian part if they could do it. The same happen with the black people in latin america. thats y there is a old saying: "hay que mejorar la raza" ="one have to better the race" it means the old wish of being totally european again. We latins are in a strange situacion, and the history has so many people who debated about "what are we really? europeans? indians? a new race?"; of course that was in the past, nowdays everybody say without much problem that they have european and indian blood, but of course black blood is a litle bit of a shame for very few and stupid people, but again is very few.
The majority of latinomericans dont have black blood, nowdays ONLY Brasil, Rep. Dominicana, Cuba, Colombia, Puerto Rico and Venezuela have MULATOS, THAT IT IS NOT THE SAME AS BLACK!!.
The mulatos population is very litle only in Rep. Dominicana there is a lot of mulatos, the rest is not representative (puerto ricans girls are very beautifuls, and they are millions whites puertoricans girls, and some girls who have black blood are very beautiful too!!! they dont much of a look black but such a perfect mix!!).
By the way y in hell the mulatos should consider themselves to be blacks if they arent?? They have european blood and have the right to identify with the european culture. THEY DONT GIVE A RAT ASS ABOUT WHAT AMERICANS OR BLACK AMERICANS THINK ABOUT THEM!! They are my people VIVA SAMMY SOSA!!!!

Hi im from Venezuela south america, i have lived here all my life, so i know way much better than u the latin america culture. U are telling so many stupid things that i dont know where to start, well...lets see
Bring your "just tanned" ass to Germany and see IF you're considered White.
Of course NOT, not even the great majority of the people from Spain or POrtugal would be consider whites, havent u heard sometimes that they refer to italians as tan people?? . Well thats history, the anglo people dont consider mediterranean people to be "that white as themselves", meaning that they are better than the mediterranean. In the past this believe was way popular. My answer is that i dont give a rast ass about what germans think of myself or any other latin or meditarrenean person, i know (and it shows) that i have european blood, spanish and italian (and god knows what else), as same as indian blood. But i have white mediterranean blood not anglo blood.
By the way i dont consider myself to be white, nor indian, im latin very proud of my indian and european blood.
PS: negro is not an insult, is the spanish word for black.

Anyway its NOT just tan skin, its tan skin, kinky/curly hair, dark eyes, flat, wide noses, big lips etc., that make many Americans think Hispanics have Black blood.
If you are a European/Indian mix, you should have straight hair and features similar to South Asians, but we both know MOST Hispanics have VERY negroid features!

Do Latinas look at just any guys? I noticed of all races, they tend to look around the most. But, anyways, if they do look at me, is that an indication that I have a chance with her? Or, is that a normal behavior with this culture? Some look longer than beyond what is just a "look." At least in my case.

I'm 21, just ended a 2 and a half year relationship with an AF, and have just fallen deep for the most wonderful, gorgeous Puerto Rican honey. I dunno... being together for so long with my ex has really made me want to get a taste of something different, especially now that I'm in the prime of my youth. And as for the whole race issue, it never crosses my mind until I recall forums and debates like this one. Then again, I grew up in southern california where there's much love among all sorts of different peoples. I guess my point is this: the people don't get any nicer or more accepting than out in socal. I'm from the Orange County area, and i go to school up in Boston, and i must say that over there, i just don't feel the love the way i do back home. maybe it's just b/c i grew up around here. but i definitely feel "Asian" and more self-conscious about my race over in the East.

Don't be stupid, there's no proof Heather Locklear is anything but White Anglo-Saxon.
Just because she has a certain name that can be traced back to some Native American tribe, doesn't mean she is part Native American.
Hell my last name is British, and I'm not British.
Many Fillipinos have Spanish surnames, yet many are not mixed with Spaniard, though most will say otherwise.
And what exactly is a White Mexican?Even if you say you're White, Chinese and Indian, don't you think the Indian at least may have some Black in them. Not to mention the Spaniards too. Oh and there was a history of trade and intermarriage with Africans and Chinese in ancient China too.
So bottom line, yes most times I CAN look at a person and tell if they are part Black somewhere down the road. I can bet you don't have a tall nose or very fair skin, yet you're a White Mexican, probably have dark hair too, am I wrong? I've seen White Mexicans and they look just like White, blond, tall nosed Spaniards with light eyes!

ok with all you people arguing this might seem a little off topic
just saw the fast and the furious the other day and i had to comment on how beautiful jordanna brewster is. is she brazilian? i love women with silky dark hair. well anyway when i saw her in the movie it immediately reminded me of this raven haired beauty in my college (who i now think is brazilian). its a shame i might never see her again.
