you guys are a little too optimistic. From my experiences, the flirting eyes by a Latina can be nothing more than just a simple flirt. Many of them also like to play "games."
Most, if not all fine looking young Latinas already have boyfriends since the high school days.

Penelope Cruz's look is more representaion of central and southern Spain. One in the northern regions are more " whiter" as you say. But I find Spanish ( from SPAIN and no ignorant Puerto Ricans calling themselves Spanish) women extremenly attractive,they are more conservative than let say Italian women ( ex girfriend of 4 yrs) matter of fact my ex wife was from Spain.
My ex wife would just laugh whenever a Puerto Rican or any other obvious mulattos would call themselves "Spanish."

Help me on this one, bro.
You say that the average Spaniard is white. I guess it'd be fairly easy for you to tell. But how can a non-Latin person like me tell? I live in NYC and I would say that 80% of the time I can pick out a Mexican or a Dominican. If someone speaks Portugese, I can safely assume he/she is Brazilian. If I pick up a lisp in their Spanish, I think Spain. But show me anyone else and I'd be lost. What can I look for in a (non-white) latin person to figure out "what" he/she is? Or is that impossible?
Now I know how hard it must be for non-Asians to figure who's Chinese, Japanese, Korean, etc...
btw, In which Latin subculture would you find the most percent of dark haired, dark eyed, light red-brown skinned women? I'm talking about women like Patricia Velasquez and Roselyn Sanchez. I know that Pat Velasquez is from Venezuela, although she's so hot that she looks like she came straight out of the Amazon. As for Roselyn, she's Puerto Rican, but I would've never guessed that. Hopefully you can teach me something, so I impress this turbo hottie. :)

Hi now my sister told me the name of that mexican actress is "lorena Rojas" ( she thinks), she looks totally like'Penelope Cruz, by the way im from Venezuela, i know a lot of people here that thinks the same way as u, that Penelope is not as hot, but personally i really find her great, her face is not as common, and is a different kind of women, i dont find her stunning, but i really fancy her........ :-)

Real Madrid u can find people that look totally spaniards in Mexico, by the way i think Penelope Cruz doesnt represent the average spaniard women, spaniards women are a litlle more whiter that her.
By the way there is a mexican girl that lokks exactly like her in the mexican soup opera "Como en el cine" is the sister of the "protagonista" (i think), she looks EXACTLY....
