Latinas and AMs make good couples. Haven't you heard that opposites attract? However, there seems to be some individuals here trying to turn people against each other while putting down Latino men. I think someone has way too much time on his or her hands. You can easily tell who is here to really contribute and who is here to satisfy some need to create tension. Some people are possessive and some are not -this transcends race and gender and that's really all there is to it.
Latinas and AM's make for some fun and interesting couples. Two of a kind is practical but it can be monotonous. When you mix an intellectual person (Latin or Asian) with a character/joker (Asian or Latin) it makes for some fun and interesting relations. Keeps life interesting, you should try it.

The man's expected to basically carry the role of the provider and backbone of the family.
Machismo is associated with that role but usually has a real negative connotation. Not always. It really just depends on the way it is used.
A man who is TRULY macho will look out for and take responsibility for the well being of his family, sacrificing his own needs and working real hard to provide for his loved ones.
The man will have respect for himself and for his wife and have a good influence on the children.

I am very sorry to hear that. I feel sad to think about your friend and his wife. I know the kids must feel sad too. They don't get the chance to have the grandparents hug them and say they love them. It is very sad. It sounds like her parents had very cold hearts.
I think its better they keep away from the grandkids though. If they are that mean then the grandkids don't need that stuff around them. Who knows, they might have mistreated them or something. Some people can be that evil to take it out on innocent little kids. Its disgusting.

So far I have just been observing the comments on this board. I am impressed at the different feelings people have. Some love it and some seem to hate it. Chinese men womanizers? LOL!
I think Asian Men treat their women so nice. I only date them. I don't have anything against latinos. I admit, I have had some bad experiences with latinos.
I have found that Asian Men are passionate and luving. They make wonderful friends, boyfriends, husbands all of those. I think it is because I have met so many really good Asian Men. I haven't met any bad ones yet. Even if I did, I don't think it would change my feelings. I guess because I know that there are alot of really nice ones out there.

Ay bendito! That isn't right. It doesn't really matter who likes your message or not... or even what race you are. Whether you are chicana, boricua, dominicana, chinito or whatever. It is just not a good thing to put other people down like that. Don't diss your chicano brothers and sisters like that. Its not good.
I personally love all my compatriotas latinamericano. Latinos es latinos. There is no this and that. But sometimes, el que se casa para su casa.
Everyone has their own tastes of what they like. That is still no reason to put someone down. It just isn't right.
This goldsea poll is about the interracial thing. Correct? Interracial is the coming together of different cultures. Not dividing them apart. I find myself getting along with just about everybody. I have seen unattractive faces in many different racial backgrounds. There are ugly people in every culture. There are beautiful faces in every culture as well as beautiful hearts. As some other people have posted "Generalizing", it is not a good thing.
