I love the korean culture. Is it spelled [Korean] or [Corean]? I have seen both spellings. Which is the correct one? The spanish speaking, and vietnamese community has gotten bigger and bigger here! Its not the only growing community. There are alot of people from korea in a community here also. It is not very big, but it is quickly becoming a growing population here. They are really wonderful people. There is always someone who is not so friendly, this goes with every culture. But for the most part, they are really great. The men are SEXXY! I noticed that for the most part asian men seem to age really well. Some men are older, in their late 40s' and look like in their late 20s' early 30s'. The women too. The women look so young even when they are up in years too. I think that is soooo cooool.

I met a girl at the beach. I thought she was mexican or maybe european mixed with mexican. We struck up a conversation and I found out that she is from cuba. I was really surprised, because of her features. She is so pretty. Shes real slim and wears her hair short, and in the front it falls in her eyes so sexy! I think I'm in love! If I can get a picture of this girl I am definitely posting it!

Kiko,
Most of my family originate from Spain. We also have some itallian as well in our family. I agree there are many itallian influences. Food in my country is very similar to itallian food. Pastas and meats are very much alike, in a mixture. My parents brought the mate here with us. But I also have a really close friend who has the 'mate'. She brought it here with her also to the united states. When we go to social gatherings together at her house, we all drink from it. It shows our friendship together. I heard someone say that it is unclean to do it. I just think they do not understand in the american culture. If your friend is uclean? Then why go around this person if you cannot trust them? This is how I feel :)
Mate is very healthy and makes your body feel so good inside and warm.
Asado..mmm!
The meats are so different here than from my country. It is so fresh in Argentina and tastes sooo good. You don't even have to really season it has such a good flavor to it, back home. The food here is much different. What is Corean food like? Is it a spicey food? I have had Chinese food before once. I know there must be a big difference with the foods. I like spicey.

I have dated white, Asian, Persian (the ones in the USA) and Latino women. I got to say that there are some fine qualities that each of these different cultures got in their women. But, there are some things that matter most to guys. And, I got to say that from my experience, Latino women are just something else! They got all the right combinations going for them. All Asian guy friends who are married to Mexican women tell me they never tire of love making despite all the years. They have the right combo of face and body.
There must be obvious reasons why many other women nowadays have much envy towards them, because men of all races lose their minds at the sight of just one pleasing Latina girl to look at.

Blancita! Como sao voce? E muito bom encontrar-se com o. Eu tenho muitos amigas que falam na lingua portuguese. O ingles era dificil para que eu aprenda. Sua aprendizagem melhorara eventualmente.
Voce fala tambem no espanhol?
Everyone. For those of you already in a relationship. Has location ever interfered in your relationship? Like say for instance you can't agree on a new location to move to? I have looked up information on Los Angeles. I can't remember who it was, but someone had mentioned that place to me on this forum. It is known for having alot of interracial couples. My husband is saying he doesn't think he can transfer with his job. We have been looking more into it. I still say this can put a strain on a relationship!

great life,
I agree that Asian men should pay more attention to Latin women. But I don't think it should necessarily be more that the attention for white women or any other. Latin women deserve equal: respect, admiration, and love. But 'right on' about the opportunities here in the U.S. to meet people. Let us continue to spread word about the beauty of others and not keep these things secret to ourselves. The more people see how we all can live and love one another, the less things like this forum will seem as being rare and more so a fact of life.

I have not dated many men. I think when I have more dating experience, then I can come to better decisions on men. I dated one guy in my whole lifetime, and it didn't go so good. We never even kissed. My mother is very strict about dating. How people have only dated one person? And if so, how old are you? I just turned 21. It seems like I should have had more dates and experiences in my life by now, doesn't it?

Sad Story,
I just read a book called,"Mixed Blood"
by Paul R. Spickard (Intermarriage and ethnic identity in Twentieth-Century America. An anyalyst Milton Gordon was speaking about Japanese immigrant men who married Mexican women. He was saying their economic and social connections were mainly with Mexican american society, and their children spoke Spanish and English rather than Japanese. Yet the Arizona Japanese intermarriers retained their ethnic identity to the extent that they knew and associated with each other, which would probably not have happened if they had been absorbed in the Mexican population.
I don't really buy into statistics and analysts views on interracial marriages and relationships.
I do wonder what it involves in some interracial unions, as far as cultural identity and language. Especially when it comes to children. My cousin married a chinese, who was not born in the united states. They had two children. The children speak chinese and look very asian. They don't speak much spanish, only very few words.
I thought it was a bit bizarre, and had figured the children would have spoken both chinese and spanish? I guess surroundings also plays a big factor. They have mostly associated with the chinese culture, and have lived in predominantly chinese neighborhoods. I do notice the oldest daughter does speak more spanish words with her mother when they are together. Its interesting.

Double D(AM),
I don't know if my other message went through or not.
Just in case, I will try it again.
I am from Salvador Bahia, Brazil. I work with alot of nurses here from Mexico and Guam. There are also alot of White and Black American nurses too. I get along with just about everyone really. They are all nice.
I will have to post some pictures online. This online thing is really new to me! Is anyone else going to post pictures too? I think it would be fun.

I really wish Asian guys would start paying more attention to Latina women than they do white women. Currently, I do not have a girlfriend yet, but I am seeing 4 lovely Mexican-American ladies. What more can I ask from them? They are beautiful in all shapes and sizes. They are all different, yet they are all similar in ways too. I can relate with them easy, as I am also the son of immigrants trying to adjust the path of assimilation.
If I can marry all of them, I would wish to!!! LOL...
But, Asian men do have a lot of options these days. Thank God I live in the most wonderful nation on earth. If I had lived in my father's China, I wouldn't have had the opportunity to meet lovely Mexican women.

Corean culture is very extensive like other East Asian cultures. I have a book that traces my family linerage back 1400 years. Corean language is I think much easier to learn than Chinese or Japanese since there are only like 26 characters to learn. I heard in Chinese there are thousands.
I was told because of so many Italians in Argentina that Argentinians speak Spanish with Italian accents. I think that's cool, I really like the Italian language. Where's your family from? Spanish/Italian mix?
Do you miss "ma-te" and "asado?"
