Yeah but the notion that whites have bigger dicks then other races (other then black) is in thier own head and not reality. Infact much of the late 19th century, trashy, English romance novels had an obsession with the idea of a huge dick Sheik giving a kidnapped English women a such a serious ride and such a big "OOOOOOOO" that she never wants to leave her captor's harem. Being in the field of English Lit. These dime store novels were read by both men and women in great numbers. What does that tell you? That English women were living out their fantasy of being satisfied by a large Arab tool that they didn't have access to in real life. That English men dreamed of being a man like the Sheik who could tame and dominate a women's desires with his endowments which was an effect out of reach for most English willies. Being an English Lit. doctorate you are most likely more knowledgable of the details surrounding that genre than myself.
Granted that my analysis is slanted towards the idea of the superior Arab tool haunting the Victorian psyche, but the purpose of my slanted analysis is to demonstrate how easily someone can draw absurd conclusions based on a littel fact and a lot of fantasy.

Dear 'Observant WF', it is very ignorant and malicious of you to suggest that the contraction of HIV/AIDS equates to the frequency of homosexuality within a population.
The fact that Asians do indeed have much lower rates of contraction of HIV/AIDS has nothing whatsoever to do with the frequency of homosexuality amongst Asians. No educated person of science would say such a thing. And as a Doctor , and an Asian woman, I would like to make sure people are aware of this fact.
Your formula to assess the homosexuality of Asians is the most unscientific method I have ever heard of, and to be honest I am horrified at your stupidity to suggest such a thing.
I thought that by now people realized HIV/AIDS is not and never was a gay disease, and as such we should not assume that people that have HIV/AIDS are gay.
South Africa has the highest number of HIV/AIDS cases in the world. One in every eight people in South Africa has HIV/AIDS. Do you mean to tell me that this, according to your prejudiced theory, would indicate that South Africa has the world’s largest homosexual population in the world? Considering that not all homosexuals would have HIV/AIDS this would this mean that even a higher percentage of South Africans than the 1 in 8 are gay, once again, according to your theory? Of course not. It would be an idiocy to say so.
Almost 100% of these South Africans living with AIDS are heterosexuals. The fact that Asians have low frequencies of AIDS has more to do with the culture and morals placed on sexual practices rather than the amount of gay Asian that exist. Having said that, I must make aware to you that Asian cultures are in general very critical and hostile towards homosexuals and homosexuality as well as towards other non-traditional sexual practices. This may account for the fact that many Gay Asians are discouraged from engaging in sexual activities, and hence are safer from contraction of sexually transmitted diseases than other races.
As a medical practitioner and based on proven facts I am afraid I have to let you know that Asians are just as “gay prone” as any other race in humanity. Although, I should also mention that according to recent independent studies (taking into account cultural barriers), it has been shown that gay Asian males are a slightly higher rate per capita (insignificantly higher rate) than other races. But as to the notion of gay Asian men in the US being at a higher ratio than that of the ratio of the Asian population of the US as a whole, I am unaware of that. I fail to see why people care about what the gay population in Asians compared to other races is anyway.
I must also add, that this in no way is meant to discourage or negate the masculinity of the Asian male, but as a fact it must be told.
My only hope and the purpose for my post is to see less malicious misconceptions about HIV/AIDS and people living with this tragic condition.

Curious WF:

I am also a straight WF and notice that a disproportionate number of gay guys are not Asian. Everyone says that 10% of the world is gay, but it seems as if there are no visible gay Asians. Are there are gay Asians here that can give me some insight into this?--but perhaps there are so few of you, I won't get a response. I just can't help but generalize from my--admittedly limited--personal experience that there are no gay Asians. Furthermore, when I look to the American media, all the gay people seem to be white! Although I've heard that gay porn sites abound on the Web featuring Asians, these sites are apparently maintained by and for gay whites. Okay, maybe not 100% of gays are whites or even non-Asian, but it seems to me as if whites represent a much larger percentage of the gay community than they do within the general population. Perhaps then it is better for me to ask if there are any gay whites out there that can gave me some insight into this matter.

Great comment. You see, whenever some white males feel threatened, they resort to 'my d*** is bigger than yours, nyah, nyah, nyah, nyah.' Whether they're 14 or 44. (Or when they're 74, it's 'mine used to be bigger than yours, nyah, nyah.')

Note that whites are not as easily able to say this about blacks given the persistence of the stereotype that blacks are better endowed. This is why white men--or the insecure ones at least-- will then say, 'It's all in the technique.'

I am a 22 yo staright WF and i have noticed that when i go out with my gay friends there is a disproportionate amount of gay asian guys. Why is this? Everyone says that 10% of the world is gay, but it seems as though at least 25% of asian guys are gay. In my experience.
It just seems like that becasue i've met so many, and when i say many I mean MANY, of gay asians. I meet them through friends of mine.
Ok, maybe not 25% of all asians worldwide are gay, but out of the asians that live in america many are.
It seems as though asian represent a much much bigger percentage of the gay community, than asians constitute as a percentage of America as a whole.

Are there any gay asians here that can give me an insight???

One stereotypes I really hate is when white people assume I was born in another country. wtf?! I'm a third generation asian-american. They even say my English has no accent or that I speak very well. We could be here for eternity, and you'll have some idiot asking, "So where you from?" *a big thump on the head*

I have noticed lately that there is mention of certain media in this country spreading the story that the most hated man in America, Osama Bin Laden, has a small penis. Isn't it interesting to see how the media goes about emasculating and belittling someone it hates so? Although Bin Laden deserves to be reviled, this media emasculation and it's parallel with how we are treated by the media, tells us quite clearly how much we are truly hated in this country. And please do not tell me that it is merely a coincidence.
