From consumer class actions to epic court battles between tech giants, Asian American trial lawyers have secured some of the top verdicts and settlements during 2025.
These dozen Asian American trial lawyers, in no particular order, are among many dozens who obtained stellar results during 2025.
William Lee (WilmerHale)
Lee remains at the pinnacle of the trial bar, serving as lead counsel for Apple in high-stakes patent trials and for Harvard in admissions-related litigation. He was again named to the Benchmark Litigation "Top 100 Trial Lawyers" list for 2025-2026.Ekwan Rhow (Bird Marella).
