GS: How often do you get those?
Lee: As often as I want. I can book them all the time. I don't book too often because for me I'm happy with what Iım doing and for me if I take every penny I could my game would go down. Right now, money is not the priority. My game is still my priority.

GS: How does the Bicycle Club pay?
Lee: I can't tell you that. All I can tell you is that I'm happy with the amount.
GS: What about endorsements?
Lee: I'm sponsored by Imperial International which is a company based in New Jersey. They have a California office and they manufacture and distribute all billiard products, including tables, cloth, lights, cues, balls, chalk, anything. They also distribute Falcon Cues which I endorse. I have my signature series, Jeanette Lee Cues, and Sir Joseph Billiard Gloves which are the cue gloves that I wear. In the local California area, I am a spokesperson for the Bicycle Club. So my income is not mostly from tournament winnings.
GS: Is it in the six figures?
Lee: Yes.
GS: What do your parents think about your career?
Lee: They're very proud of me, they're very supportive. I'm sure
they're just very surprised, very shocked. They had an eight-year-old
daughter. All she wanted to do was play pool. "You gotta get ready to get
married, you gotta go to college!" We had a lot of problems. I was not the
most obedient Korean Christian child. But throughout everything I can say
there has never been a doubt in our love.
GS: What about your dad?
Lee: My mother speaks for my father.
GS: So your family has made peace with your life?
Lee: They started to see all my tournament winnings and trophies. Finally there came a day when they said, "As much as we hate it, you don't get to the New York State championships by accident. You must have been practicing all the time." She thought I was hanging out and doing all kind of things. PAGE 4
